About Travis
Hi, I'm Travis, A Professional Counselor, a Veteran of the USAF, and licensed in Montana, Idaho, Utah, and Australia.
Clinically, I specialize in helping individuals who struggle with OCD and Anxiety disorders. Additionally, I help clients with stress and anxiety, motivation, self-esteem, men's issues, and confidence, all through ACT, CBT, and Psychotherapy practices.
I have worked with young adults, men, and Veterans. I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment. The Aim of my practice is to help you 'unhook' from painful thoughts and emotions so that you can live a meaningful life, whatever that means for you.
Taking the first step to sign up for therapy can take courage, and I am proud of you for getting started!

Existential Psychotherapy
Acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT therapy) is a type of mindful psychotherapy that helps you stay focused on the present moment and accept thoughts and feelings without judgment.
It aims to help you move forward through difficult emotions so you can put your energy into healing instead of dwelling on the negative.
CBT helps you become aware of inaccurate or negative thinking so you can view challenging situations more clearly and respond to them in a more effective way.
Existential psychotherapy is a style of therapy that places emphasis on the human condition as a whole. Existential psychotherapy uses a positive approach that applauds human capacities and aspirations while simultaneously acknowledging human limitations.
